Winter Wonderland

Snow glistens softly all around us
As we slowly stroll hand in hand.
Sleigh bells ring out a merry tune
Bringing us joy in this Winter Wonderland.

Snow birds flit through the fallen snow
Their lilting songs fill the air.
As if they sense the joy and love
We hold in our hearts to share.

The wintry chill brings a freshness
And a calm feeling that touches our soul.
Dreaming as we walk through this haze of white
Of good blessings that will make our lives whole.

With laughter we'll build a snowman
And place a wreath of love in his hand.
To join forever our kindred spirits
As we stroll together in this Winter Wonderland.

The changing seasons can bring us so much pleasure.
The new budding leaves in the springtime, the smell of fresh mowed grass in the summer,
the beautiful golden colours of fall, and oh, the bliss of the winter.
As two friends come together to stroll through the guietness of new fallen snow,
listening to the sound of sleigh bells, a serenity fills their soul.
And to laugh together as they play and build a snowman while their precious pets,
Poppy and Rambo look on, is a joy unsurpassed.
Never lose sight of what this wonderful world and the love of friends
and family can bring to you..
