Poppy's Antics

Hey Poppy, what are you doing
With your naughty little ways?
Are you teasing us and having fun
And brightening up our days?

We laugh at your funny antics
As you bounce about the place.
Then suddenly you stop and beg for treats
While staring into our face.

Our Bobo sits by and watches you
As if he thinks you're crazy.
He'd rather lie on the couch and sleep
And just keep on being lazy.

So just stay on being our Poppy
And doing whatever you do.
Your naughty little antics are precious to us
And we love you for being you.

Our precious Poppy is a two year old (going on three months, hehe)
Registered Black Labrador with the proper name Spectaviour Liberty
which suits her perfectly. Her nickname Poppy suits her also because
she is wild like the wild poppy flowers that we love so much.
She brings us so much pleasure with all of her funny little ways
and so much love that shows in her beautiful brown eyes.
Pets can bring you love and happiness that is unsurpassed.
They are a healing sootheness to a heart that has known pain
or sorrow. Give them all your love and it
will be returned ten-fold.
