There is a place very far away
Where I have been longing to go.
A place that calls to me out of the mist
With a voice only my heart can know.

I sense the joy that awaits me
As I travel there only in my mind.
My dreams carry me on my journey
Searching for the one I seek to find.

Sweet words reach out to engulf me
Filling my soul with warm light.
Flooding my heart with deep feelings
Bringing brightness into the darkest night.

The mist swirls in and surrounds me
Enveloping my dreams night and day.
Absorbing my deepest felt longings
For the place so very far away.
