What, No Intersections?
I've never found the intersections
Though I've tried by all ways and means.
Everyone keeps going around and around
In circles so it seems.
They call these circles "Roundabouts"
And it's so confusing to me.
I see cars here, there and everywhere
Not in line as they ought to be.
I could never venture out by myself
Or dare to wander or roam.
For I'd wind up on the phone screaming
"I am lost...please come and lead me home."
So I will continue being a passenger
Confused as ever no doubt.
Because the English don't have intersections
What they have is a "Roundabout".

For anyone visiting England for the first time, the highways can be very confusing. There are few intersections, only roundabouts which are circles in the middle of the road with traffic leading off in several directions. Not to mention the fact they are driving on the wrong side of the road. You have two choices, sit back and enjoy the ride or have a nervous breakdown. *smile*
