Will She, Won't She?

Will she, won't she go to England
Now that she's grown old?.
Shall she, shan't she manage Heathrow
Or will the thought leave her dauntingly cold?.

Can she, can't she make this journey
That entails a seven hour flight?
Will she, won't she be able to go the distance
On a plane that travels through the night?

Will she, won't she conquer her fears
When the plane touches down at Heathrow?
Can she, can't she walk the terminal unaided
Not allowing her pains to show?

Will she, won't she take this trip?
Does she still have what it takes to roam?
Shall she, shan't she get to see the smile on my face
As together we head for home?

This poem and page was inspired by a conversation we shared
a few days ago. As we grow older places like large
airports can be very daunting. We tend to panic very easily.
Frightened we may get lost forver in an airport.
I believe Betty still has what it takes to make
this journey.........do you?
