Green Hills

Cool waters greet me daily
As I stare out over the sea.
I hear the voices of my true friends
As they call silently out to me.

The shimmering sea air brings visions
Of gentle, green rolling hills.
Of sand and sea and soaring birds
In a place where I long to be.

I found the peace and happiness
That I had been long searching for.
The tranquility that greeted me daily
Will remain in my heart evermore.

Now I long to go there once again
To this new place that I now call home.
I'll be with my new family and friends
Together over green hills we will roam.

Those of us who have finally found our little niche on this road of life
are fortunate indeed. Nothing can be more wonderful than to find
the happiness and peace that everyone longs for.
If you have found your place, cherish it, for it is very precious.
For those of you who are still looking, never give up hope.
That hope will carry you on to the wonderful day when you know at
last you have arrived at that longed for place and time.
