In dreams and in love, there are no impossibilities

Fate

We were each waiting around the corner of life
Never knowing the other was there.
Time took us on into the years
And Fate did not seem to care.

As we passed on over life's winding road
We filled our hearts with others.
Some we knew as our closest friends
And some we knew as lovers.

So the years grew shorter as time passed us by
And our souls felt an emptiness still.
A yearning hidden deep within our hearts
For something to make our lives real.

Then the Whim of Fate shone down on us
And brought us out into the sun.
Fate gave us the reason to love once again
And join at last together as one.

Though sometimes it is hard to understand, it does seem as if fate
 plays a definite role in our destinies. We only have to believe in our
hearts that there is someone or something leading us to our final
destination. We must keep hope alive and trust that love will
find it's way into our world..
