If I could give you the ocean's waves
And all the water in the sea.
It would roll softly onto the shore
To remind you always of me.

If I could give you all my life
And all the air I breathe
You'd have my soul within you
And would know I'd never leave.

If I could hold my heart in my hands
I'd gladly give it to you
You could hold it and cherish it
For you'd know my love is true.

If I could, I surely would
Give to you the ocean of blue
Let the ebb tide whisper the words
I am forever one with you.

There is no place more relaxing than being on a cliff
overlooking a beautiful bay and watching the tide as it ebbs.
As you rest there in peace, you can send your mind
and your heart out over the waves to
the ones you care most for.
