Don't stop looking forward
To a brighter, sunny day.
Yesterday is gone forever
Let the memories fade away.

Tomorrow will be better
With a love meant only for you.
Don't let yesterday cloud your mind
Step out under a sky of clear blue.

Just take a look out your window
Smile when you hear the birds sing.
Think about the new day coming
And the happiness it will bring.

So don't stop thinking about tomorrow
There'll be peace with no more bitter tears.
Someone will be there by your side
With a love that will last through the years.

So often we dwell on the past and wish we could change things a bit,
but the past is over and cannot be any different.
The only thing we can do is look forward with hope
in our hearts for a better tomorrow.
